Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to enquiries and potential leads.
  • Explain course/program details clearly and professionally.
  • Follow up regularly with interested students/clients.
  • Maintain proper call logs, follow-up records, and daily reports.
  • Handle incoming calls and resolve basic queries.
  • Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions (as applicable).
  • Use WhatsApp, email, and calling tools for communication.
  • Maintain quality, clarity, and politeness in every interaction.
  • Coordinate with the counsellor/management team for updates.
  • Support front office and counselling activities when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, email handling).
  • Ability to maintain records and follow-up discipline.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,215.44 - ₹28,467.26 per month
