Tele caller / Telemarketing Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. Your main goal will be to promote products/services, provide information, update customer details, follow up with leads, meet conversion targets, handle objections professionally, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. - Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information. - Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the database. - Follow up with leads to convert them into customers. - Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and convincingly. - Meet or exceed daily and monthly call/lead conversion targets. - Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate resolutions. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign coordination. Qualification Required: - Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduation (any stream). - Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Customer Care Executive preferred. - Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, or regional languages. - Good listening skills and persuasive ability. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). - Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with at least 3 years of experience in BPO, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
