Tele caller / Tele counselor

Key Responsibilities:

* Make calls to potential leads for franchisee sales.

* Explain our franchise model clearly and convincingly to interested prospects.

* Schedule meetings with qualified leads and coordinate with the Franchise Manager.

* Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

* Prior experience in tele calling/tele sales will be an added advantage.

* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM tools.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
