📌 Role Overview

Telecaller & Sales Officer

🛠 Responsibilities

• Call & qualify inbound leads from Meta ads
• Explain Riodo Media’s services clearly (Meta Ads, Social Media, Video Marketing)
• Schedule demos/meetings for senior sales closer
• Follow up with interested leads consistently
• Maintain lead data & call records in CRM
• Basic objection handling regarding pricing & service details

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in telecalling / sales / inside sales
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Bengali preferred but not mandatory)
• Confident in speaking with business owners/brand founders
• Ability to explain marketing services clearly
• Must have

  laptop + phone + stable internet
