Roles & Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
* Provide accurate information about hospital services and facilities.
* Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
* Record and maintain patient details and call logs.
* Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth communication and service delivery.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in Tamil and basic English).
* Telephone etiquette and good listening skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
