Tele Caller (Only for Female)

Position Title: Tele caller – Verification

Role Overview

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tele caller to support its verification efforts. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting structured verification calls and collecting feedback from students. This role is essential to monitoring program outcomes and ensuring continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound verification calls to students.
• Collect and document feedback regarding employment status, job satisfaction, and training relevance
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using Excel and internal data systems
• Follow standardized call scripts while adapting to individual conversations
• Coordinate with internal/External teams to escalate concerns and share insights
• Meet daily and weekly targets related to call volume, data accuracy, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathize and engage with diverse student backgrounds
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is an advantage

Language Proficiency

• Mandatory: Telugu, Hindi & English
• Preferred: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada or Bengali (any one or more)

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Compensation

• ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
