Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Online Sales Executive and Sales Coordinator at INI Technologies Pvt Ltd located in Kochi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our online sales run smoothly, working with sales teams to coordinate and manage sales activities, supporting the development of new product offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets and objectives, identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability, and developing sales training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• SEO, SEM, SMM Experience
• Experience in managing online sales campaigns, social media platforms, and other online marketing activities
• Experience in sales coordination and project management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Experience working in the information technology and internet solutions industries is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge in marketing tools
