Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct timely follow-ups with the
Sales Team
on home loan leads shared for conversion.
Coordinate with the internal teams for
case login, sanction, and disbursement
status updates.
Maintain detailed records of all communication.
Provide regular status reports on the progress of each lead to the concerned teams.
Handle customer calls (
in Hindi, Marathi, and English
) for basic queries and documentation support.
Escalate unresolved or delayed cases to the reporting manager for faster resolution.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and RBI/Banking norms.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in
Hindi, Marathi, and English
.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of
Home Loan process
(Login, Sanction, Disbursement).
