Job Summary

The Tele caller is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to customers, clients, or candidates to provide information, generate leads, follow up on queries, and support business operations. The role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities1. Call Handling

• Make outbound calls to clients/customers/candidates as per business requirements.
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information.
• Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining a friendly tone.

2. Follow-up

• Follow up on previous calls and maintain consistent communication.
• Update the system with call outcomes and follow-up tasks.

3. Customer / Candidate Support

• Address queries, provide details about services, and resolve basic issues.
• Share required information via email/WhatsApp when needed.
• Maintain polite and professional behaviour at all times.

4. Data Management

• Maintain call logs, reports, and databases accurately.
• Ensure candidate/client details are updated regularly.
• Keep track of interested leads and scheduled appointments/interviews.

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales/Recruitment/Documentation) as required.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, or callbacks.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle high call volumes.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/portals).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service.
• Experience in sales or recruitment calling is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
