Job Description

As an International Call Centre Executive working in a night shift at our Ahmedabad location, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls from international clients. Your primary duties will include handling customer queries, resolving issues effectively, maintaining professional communication and call logs, as well as meeting performance and call quality standards. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International BPO, strong English communication skills (both verbal and written), and be comfortable working night shifts. Additionally, basic computer and CRM knowledge is required. This is a full-time position that comes with benefits such as provided food and Provident Fund.
