Job Opening: Tele Caller Intern

Company: DAAFK VENTURES
Location: Jaipur / Work from Office / Hybrid
Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: Performance-based / Fixed + Incentives
Experience: Fresher / Student / Recent Graduate

CelebrationKart is a fast-growing, seed-funded event-tech startup making event planning easy for birthdays, house parties, corporate events, and small celebrations—offering premium services at affordable prices, just like big events.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads, customers, and vendors
Explain CelebrationKart services, packages, and offers
Handle customer inquiries related to birthdays, decorations, venues & events
Follow up with interested clients and close bookings
Maintain call records and update lead status
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking execution
Support vendor onboarding and service confirmations

Requirements

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach
Willingness to learn sales & customer handling
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
Freshers and students are welcome
