Position : Tele Caller Intern

Location : Noida

*Key Responsibilities*
*Lead Verification** Verify and qualify leads received from marketing, campaigns, or sales teams.* Validate customer details such as name, contact information, requirements, and interest level.* Identify genuine leads and mark duplicates, invalid, or non-serviceable leads.* Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in CRM or lead management systems.*Outbound & Inbound Calling** Make outbound calls to prospective customers to understand their requirements.* Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.* Follow scripts, guidelines, and calling targets assigned by the team.* Nurture leads through follow-up calls when required.*Customer Engagement** Provide clear communication and maintain a polite, professional tone.* Resolve basic queries and redirect complex issues to the appropriate team.* Build rapport with customers to improve lead conversion chances.*Reporting & Coordination** Update call status, lead stage, and customer feedback in the CRM.* Share daily calling reports with the team leader/manager.* Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smoother lead flow.

*Requirements*
* Minimum 0–0.6 months of experience in telecalling, lead verification, or customer support (freshers can also apply).* Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).* Ability to handle rejections, stay motivated, and meet daily calling targets.* Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets).* Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric mindset.*Employment Type** Full-time* Office-based
