Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and coordination
• Handle client inquiries, emails, and WhatsApp communication
• Maintain records of bookings, vendors, and payments
• Assist in event scheduling and internal coordination
• Support sales, operations, and vendor onboarding teams
• Prepare basic reports, invoices, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth communication between teams and clients

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Email handling
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Freshers and students are welcome
