Position : Tele caller Location: Chennai Experience: 6 month to 2 years Salary: 18K - 20K CTC Job Description We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and Job-oriented candidate for our Organization. The candidate should have good communication skills Make 200 calls per day Share reports daily Do online activity if required Good knowledge of relevant computer programs & telephone systems Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. Resolving queries and issues Making recordings of all the phone calls. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
