Tele caller Fundraising & Outreach

As a Telecaller in the Fundraising & Outreach team at Deepalaya, located in New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential donors, supporters, and partners. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in outbound calls, where you will effectively convey Deepalaya's mission, programs, and impact stories. By fostering compelling conversations, you will aim to inspire both one-time and recurring donations that drive our mission forward. Your role will also involve following up with interested individuals, handling inbound queries about donations, volunteering, and partnerships, and maintaining accurate records of calls, donor information, and follow-ups. Collaboration with the fundraising team to achieve monthly targets is essential, as well as sharing updates and success stories with donors to nurture long-term relationships. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with knowledge of additional languages considered a bonus. Previous experience in telecalling, fundraising, or sales is preferred, and candidates with a BSW or MSW qualification will be given preference. Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences are key attributes, along with basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and email platforms.
