Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Tele-caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati, with a strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
• Provide information about products/services and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Document and update customer records in the system.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and support.
• Work towards achieving call targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or BPO.
• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (verbal and written).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
