Languages Required: Hindi, English, Gujarati Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Tele-caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati , with a strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. Provide information about products/services and resolve customer queries. Maintain a positive and professional approach to customer interactions. Document and update customer records in the system. Follow up with customers for feedback and support. Work towards achieving call targets and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or BPO. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (verbal and written). Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
