Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our company. The role involves handling calls, promoting travel packages, providing information about destinations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach. This position plays a key role in generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Role & responsibilities

• To make calls to the agent
• To generate new queries from the agent
• To make new agent registration on the booking portal
• To get booking confirmation/ reconfirmation from the hotel/ agent partners

Job Qualification

• Candidate should be minimum graduate preferably from Tourism background
• Should be well conversant in Hindi and English
• Should be quick and good trouble shooter in resolving the matter
• Should know operational nitty-gritty for smooth and hassle- free operational work
• Should be confident speaker and pleasing personality
