Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Sales Conversion:
• Identify new leads and convert them into sales.
• Provide personalized travel consultations to match client needs with our tour packages.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, travel agents, and local vendors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Reporting & Market Analysis:
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Familiarity with the local markets is a boon.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
