Main responsibility is to generate leads in coordination with the marketing team, and close sales by making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining products/services, and answering inquiries.
Key duties include maintaining accurate customer records, handling inbound calls, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service over the phone.
Essential skills for this role are strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, negotiation, and the ability to handle rejection and high-volume calls efficiently.
