Role Overview:
As a Telecaller, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, guiding them through their jewellery journey, and ensuring they have a remarkable experience. Your mission is to convert leads into satisfied customers by leveraging your communication skills, empathy, and relationship-building abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
● Reach out to leads provided, offering detailed information about our stunning jewellery collection according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).● Use empathetic communication to understand and address client needs, ensuring a personalised and engaging conversation.● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, comments, and actions taken, using our CRM system.● Ensure follow-ups are conducted to confirm that clients' requests have been addressed appropriately.● Develop and nurture relationships with clients to facilitate upselling opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.● Aim to build lasting connections that encourage repeat business and referrals.● Convince leads to visit our store and view their desired jewelry, working closely with store personnel to coordinate appointments and sales.● Assist in closing sales by providing detailed information and facilitating a seamless shopping experience.● Communicate customer requirements and preferences to the store team, ensuring they have all necessary details to assist clients effectively
