Tele Caller Executive

A Telecaller, also known as a Telesales Executive or Call Center Agent, is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to promote products or services, gather customer feedback, or provide customer support. They are the voice of the company, interacting with customers to build relationships, resolve issues, and drive sales.

• Outbound Calls:Making calls to potential or existing customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
• Inbound Calls:Handling incoming calls from customers to answer their queries, resolve issues, and provide support.
• Lead Generation:Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations.
• Sales:Closing sales deals over the phone.
• Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Data Management:Recording and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement:Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.
• Product Knowledge:Staying up-to-date on the company's products and services, and understanding their features and benefits.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
