Job Description

Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling and follow-up on inbound inquiries. Sales Conversion: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and close sales. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers. CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Performance Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
