Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES Making calls : Making outbound calls to promote a company's products or services and generate sales leads Handling calls : Managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints Providing information : Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers Closing sales : Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments Maintaining records : Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in the database Building relationships : Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients Meeting targets : Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets SKILLS Strong interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and influence others Patience and resilience in handling customer inquiries or complaints Good listening skills and empathy towards customers' needs Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining records Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: Day shift Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required) Experience: Telemarketing: 1 year (Required) tele sales: 1 year (Required) total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote
