Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, or provide support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite telephone manner, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Maintain customer database with updated contact information.
• Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Report feedback, issues, and trends to the team leader/manager.
• Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers can apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required — e.g., Hindi, English, Punjabi].
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
• Good listening skills and a polite, confident phone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,543.26 per month
