Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Collection Caller to contact customers and remind them of their due payments, EMIs, or any outstanding balances. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections while maintaining professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Call customers to remind them of their pending EMIs, loan payments, or outstanding dues. Provide payment details, due dates, and possible solutions for delayed payments. Negotiate payment plans if necessary while following company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and payment commitments. Address customer queries related to their payments and resolve disputes professionally. Follow up with previously contacted customers to ensure timely payments. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution. Achieve monthly collection targets set by the company. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th grade (compulsory). Experience: Prior experience in collections, customer service, or telecalling is preferred. Language Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English . Ability to handle pressure and negotiate effectively. Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining records. A polite and professional approach when dealing with customers.
