**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented **Business Development Executive** to drive sales through outbound calling and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and convincing skills, with experience in lead generation and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct **cold calling** to potential clients and generate leads.

* Handle **outbound sales calls** to promote company products and services.

* Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.

* Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to close deals.

* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

* Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.

* Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

* 1–4 years of experience in business development / telesales / inside sales.

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.

* Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

* Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
