We are looking for a telecaller who can confidently engage with potential clients (primarily business owners), generate interest in our services, and convert leads into booked shoots. You will also be responsible for coordinating follow-ups via phone and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided lead database
Clearly communicate the studio's offerings (product/brand/catalogue shoots)
Build rapport with clients and understand their photography needs
Share service details, pricing, and samples via WhatsApp
Follow up regularly to close leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
Maintain a record of calls, responses, and conversions in an organized manner
Collaborate with the studio team to coordinate schedules and client requirements

Requirements

Prior experience in telecalling or customer interaction preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
Familiar with using WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge of photography services will be an advantage
Minimum qualification: Graduates
Must be punctual and willing to work on-site from 10 AM to 7 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
