Job Description

As a Telecaller at our company, you will be responsible for answering phones and providing detailed information about our products and services to both existing and potential customers. Your role will involve contacting customers, asking relevant questions to understand their needs, and resolving any queries or issues they may have. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a record of all sales calls and deals, as well as actively work towards closing sales over the phone. In this position, it is essential to possess strong communication skills and the ability to suggest suitable solutions based on customer requirements. You will also be expected to regularly update and manage the customer database. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
