As a Telecaller at our company, you will play a crucial role in communicating with customers and promoting our products and services. Your responsibilities will include: - Answering phones and elaborating on the various products and services offered by the company. - Contacting both existing and potential customers to discuss our offerings. - Inquiring about customer needs and understanding their requirements effectively. - Addressing customer queries and resolving any issues related to our products and services. - Recording all sales phone calls and finalizing sales deals efficiently. - Demonstrating expertise in closing sales over the phone. - Regularly updating and maintaining the customer database. - Providing tailored solutions based on the individual needs and preferences of customers. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Preferably female candidates. - 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
