About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Telecaller (Loan) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan process. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote loan products
• Handle inbound inquiries regarding loan offerings and provide detailed product information.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to ensure conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling/loan sales/customer service
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
• Basic knowledge of loans, banking, or financial products preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
