Tele Caller Executive

Location: HRM Global School, PU Block, Pitampura, Delhi-110034

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply, but candidates with experience in calling for coaching institutes or academy leads will be preferred.)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Dedicated Tele caller to follow up on admission leads, provide information to parents, and convince them to enroll their children in our school. The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, and skilled at communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to admission leads provided by the school.

- Follow up regularly with parents and maintain strong communication until admission closure.

- Convince parents by explaining school advantages, programs, and facilities.

- Answer all queries related to fees, admissions, and school policies.

- Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and update lead status with our Admission Team.

- Schedule school visits or counseling appointments for interested parents.

- Coordinate with the admissions team to meet monthly admission targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication in English and local languages.

- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets).

- Ability to handle parents’ concerns professionally.

Working Duration:

- Sundays will be working (Timings: - 9:00 am -5:00 pm)

- Part time and temporary job
