As a Telecalling Executive, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through product options. Additionally, following up on leads and utilizing your persuasive communication skills to boost sales will be a key part of your role. It is essential to maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the database. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and prior experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the beauty or retail industry. The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently handle customer queries and complaints, be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and have a passion for achieving targets. Basic knowledge of cosmetics or a keen interest in beauty products is a plus.
