We're seeking a friendly and persuasive Telecaller to connect with customers, promote our products/services, and achieve sales targets via outbound and inbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound calls professionally, address customer queries, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, highlight benefits, and offer solutions.
- Record call details, follow up with leads, and update the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
