TELE CALLER EXECUTIVE - (FEMALE) FRESHER

Job Summary:

seeking a motivated and confident Female Telecaller Executive to join our growing team in patna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products/services, and generating leads or sales. Excellent communication and persuasion skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Answer inbound calls from customers and address their queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide information regarding products, pricing, and offers.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers can apply).
• Language: Fluency in Hindi is a must; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Data Entry).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: Weekly off

Salary:

₹ 8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
