Job Description:
Evolmed Communications is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Telecaller Executive to support the onboarding of healthcare professionals onto our proprietary online education platform. The ideal candidate will have a background in science and a keen interest in the healthcare and education sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals for onboarding and engagement.
• Clearly explain the benefits and process of using Evolmed's online education platform.
• Maintain and update MIS reports as per defined schedules.
• Follow up diligently to ensure successful onboarding and continued engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the internal team to meet daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm preferred (but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ability to maintain reports.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
