Job Summary

A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, resolving queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product/service details.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Schedule appointments or product demos when required.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them to seniors if needed.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, lead generation, or sales.
  • Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.
  • Maintain call quality standards and adhere to company scripts.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Good listening and customer-handling ability.
  • Confidence, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
