Tele Caller Executive

As a Telecaller in our company, your role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. You will also be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns or other sources. Identifying customer needs and recommending the best products or services are crucial aspects of your job. Achieving sales targets, contributing to team goals, and providing accurate information about products, services, promotions, or company policies are key responsibilities. Handling customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary, and continuously improving your knowledge of products, services, and customer handling techniques are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers - Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries - Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns - Identify customer needs and recommend products or services - Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals - Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, or company policies - Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally - Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and customer handling techniques Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Fluent in English - Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred You will benefit from a competitive salary and incentives based on performance, flexible work hours (if applicable), career growth opportunities, and training programs in our friendly and supportive work environment.
