Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Telecaller Executive to join our education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward suitable courses or programs. This role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and experience in educational sales or counseling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career benefits clearly
• Understand student requirements and provide appropriate counseling
• Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and enrollments in CRM or Excel
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
• Handle objections professionally and close admissions
• Coordinate with the counseling and academic team when required
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional conduct

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Education Counselor / Tele-Sales Executive
• Experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institute, or Coaching Center preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of calls connected per day
• Lead follow-ups and conversions
• Monthly enrollment targets achieved
• Data accuracy and reporting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
