Position: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:
A Telecaller Executive is responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective customers or handling incoming queries. The primary goal is to generate leads, promote services or products, provide information, resolve customer concerns, and maintain good client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales and lead generation.
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries effectively.
Explain the company’s products and services clearly and convincingly.
Follow up with interested leads through regular calls or messages.
Maintain records of conversations and update CRM systems.
Handle customer complaints or issues politely and escalate when required.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build a positive relationship with customers and ensure satisfaction.
