Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Interior Design firm. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote our design services, and generate qualified leads or appointments for our design consultants Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients who have inquired through websites, ads, or referrals Understand client requirements and briefly explain our interior design services and packages Schedule appointments for the design team or sales executives Maintain a database of client information and follow up regularly Coordinate with the design and sales teams for lead status and updates Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and direct complex queries to appropriate departments Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions Requirements: High school diploma or graduate degree in any field Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer-facing role Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in [English, tamil] Basic knowledge of interior design trends and concepts (training will be provided) Good computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet targets Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
