Tele Caller Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve inquiries or provide information. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Generate leads and meet sales or support targets set by the team lead or manager. Provide accurate and complete information to customers. Handle grievances and ensure customer satisfaction. Upsell or cross-sell products and services when possible. Requirements and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Proven experience as a tele caller, tele sales representative, or similar role is an advantage. Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)]. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Positive attitude, persuasive, and goal-oriented. Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
