We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, promoting our products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
• Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
• Follow up with existing customers for feedback, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
• Record customer interactions and report issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: [10+2 / Graduate in any discipline].
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in [English/Hindi/Local language as applicable].
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
