Tele Caller Executive

A Telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales leads, or provide information and support. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients.
• Explain the company’s products/services and persuade customers to make purchases or appointments.
• Handle inbound queries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update records of interactions.
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest or require further assistance.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
• Adhere to scripts and company policies while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Fluency in [required languages, e.g., Kannada, English, Hindi, Marathi].

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum: Graduate.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
