Company: Abi-Tech Solution Location: Chennai Roles: Calling the clients and Answering phones to explain the product and services offered by the company. Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings. Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behaviour of the other. Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities. Responsibility: Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal. Keeping the customer database maintained and updated. Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances. Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales. Attending regular team and sales meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)
