Work Hours: Night shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM), Monday - Friday Job Overview: We are hiring energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our vibrant team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales of our industry-relevant eLearning courses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-centric, fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Edtia eLearning programs. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their career goals. Generate leads by identifying decision-makers and scheduling follow-up calls or demos. Maintain and update the prospective client database through CRM tools. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales. Address customer queries with professionalism and ensure a seamless experience. Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation and conversion strategies. Stay informed about EdTech trends, product updates, and competitors offerings. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 6 months to 2 years in outbound voice processes, or telesales, ideally within the EdTech or eLearning space. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with a clear and neutral accent. Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build trust and rapport with prospective clients. Resilience: High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability to challenges. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
