Tele caller

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products/services, answering inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain products or services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
• Handle inbound queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Convert potential leads into actual sales or appointments.
• Keep a record of conversations and update CRM tools regularly.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication in [Hindi/English/Regional Language].
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
