CarDekho is hiring for Tele Callers Location - Jaipur Address - 6th Floor | JTM Building | Near Jagatpura Flyover | Model Town | Jaipur -302017 *Key Responsibilities* Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries and reach out to potential clients to promote products/services. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. *Qualifications & Skills* Education: Minimum 10th pass; higher education is an advantage. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi; proficiency in English is a plus. Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to handle rejection.
