Join EY to build an exceptional experience for yourself and contribute to creating a better working world for all. **Key Responsibility:** - Provide functional support for SAP Order to Cash across various regions for global clients - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize design to meet business requirements - Support SAP BRIM module incidents to ensure minimal disruption to operations - Analyze incidents raised by users and provide solutions - Deliver application development or enhancement work - Manage cross-functional and technical teams - Work closely with customers and teams to ensure timely follow-up and address issues and requests - Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements - Lead and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages - Gather requirements, assess business needs, and provide advice on SAP BRIM solutions and designs - Develop and maintain documentation - Mentor and train junior SAP BRIM Team Members - Keep abreast of industry trends and SAP best practices - Participate in on-call rotation and provide off-hours support as needed **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or comparable job experiences - 1-3 years of experience in SAP BRIM components - Exposure in delivering Application development or enhancement work - Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes - Experience in SD integration points with other SAP modules like FI, SD, PP, and PM - SAP Certification in SAP SD / BRIM is preferred EY looks for individuals with commercial acumen, experience, and enthusiasm to learn in a fast-moving environment.
