Role Overview: As a Varicent Sales and Performance Management suite Application Support Analyst at EY, you will have the opportunity to participate in incident management P1 / P2 ticket analysis and requirement analysis for enhancements. Your responsibilities will include investigating Varicent issues reported and providing necessary fixes, testing and deploying applications and systems, revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging code. You will collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture, as well as with external teams like Varicent support for base issues. Additionally, you will improve existing software, develop change requests throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Attention to detail, understanding and experience of software development best practices, and excellent business communication skills are essential. You should be willing to work in night shifts and provide on-call support. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in incident management P1 / P2 ticket analysis and requirement analysis for enhancements - Investigate Varicent issues reported and provide necessary fixes - Test and deploy applications and systems - Revise, update, refactor, and debug code - Collaborate with internal and external teams for software design and architecture - Improve existing software - Develop change requests throughout the SDLC - Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and communication skills - Attention to detail - Willingness to work in night shifts and on-call support Qualifications Required: - 2+ years experience in configuring Varicent's Sales and Performance Management suite - Experience in commission and compensations configuration for life insurance and annuities products - Familiarity with SPM batch setup, underlying data model, and integrations - Understanding of software design principles - Experience with React, Redux, .NET, and TypeScript - Familiarity with REST APIs and single-page applications - Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting - Experience in data analysis and report building using Varicent or similar tools - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills - Attention to detail - Understanding and experience of software development best practices - Excellent business communication skills - Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the Job Description),
